Landmark Developments (LMD), one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, has partnered with Baky Hospitality Group to launch an upscale dining experience at One Ninety, its flagship mixed-use project in New Cairo.

This collaboration aims to elevate One Ninety’s appeal as a premier live-work-play destination by infusing sophisticated gastronomy with a culturally rich ambiance.

The new culinary destination is set to open by late 2026, featuring a 250-seat venue designed to redefine fine dining within Egypt’s burgeoning luxury real estate market.

Positioned as more than just a restaurant, the venue will serve as a lifestyle hub for One Ninety’s community, combining indoor and outdoor spaces that seamlessly integrate with the development’s modern architectural vision.

Luxury real estate meets culinary excellence

“Partnering with Baky Hospitality underscores Landmark Developments’ dedication to creating world-class lifestyle experiences that complement our premium real estate portfolio,” said Amr Sultan, CEO of LMD.

“This new venue will enhance One Ninety’s position as Cairo’s leading mixed-use community.”

Ayman Baky, Founder of Baky Hospitality, added: “This partnership allows us to extend our culinary vision to a wider audience and contribute to shaping a vibrant, community-focused environment within One Ninety.”

A new benchmark for mixed-use developments in Cairo

LMD, established in 2007, boasts a diverse international portfolio spanning Egypt, the UAE, Spain, and Greece.

The company continues to innovate by blending real estate development with lifestyle amenities, positioning its projects as cultural and economic hubs.

Baky Hospitality Group, founded in 2013 by Ayman Baky, is a major force in Egypt’s hospitality sector. Known for award-winning brands like Sachi, Kazoku, Reif Kushiyaki, and Lexie’s, the group specializes in delivering innovative culinary concepts paired with exceptional service.

Their participation in One Ninety underscores the growing trend of luxury hospitality anchoring high-end real estate projects across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

As Egypt’s luxury real estate sector evolves, the integration of signature dining experiences like this one is becoming a key differentiator.

Landmark Developments and Baky Hospitality’s collaboration at One Ninety signals a new benchmark for how gastronomy and community converge in modern urban living.
