El Jadida: Morocco’s coastal destination
El Jadida, with its Atlantic coastline, historic landmarks, and proximity to Casablanca, is drawing interest from tourists and second-home buyers alike. The city is seeing growing demand for experiential travel and year-round living. Casadora Resort aims to be at the center of this evolution, offering a lifestyle that integrates hospitality and residential living.
Kerten Hospitality plans to bring its community-focused approach to Morocco, creating a dynamic environment for both guests and residents.
Casadora Resort will feature 156 hotel rooms, 140 branded ryads, and 60 fractional ownership ryads, forming a comprehensive lifestyle destination. The design takes cues from Moroccan craftsmanship, marrying cultural authenticity with contemporary luxury. Sustainability is central to the development, ensuring the resort respects the environment while meeting the expectations of modern travelers.

Moroccan culture meets modern hospitality
The resort emphasizes community engagement. Beyond accommodations, it will offer multiple dining venues, wellness facilities, outdoor sports, and leisure activities. An on-site organic garden will supply fresh, locally sourced produce.
Family-friendly features such as kids’ clubs, creative spaces, and curated cultural experiences aim to create a balanced and fulfilling stay for all visitors.
Groupe Ramos founder André Ramos stressed that the resort is intended to integrate with El Jadida, not overshadow it, providing lasting benefits to the local community.
Kerten Hospitality CEO Marloes Knippenberg added that the resort will blend traditional Moroccan coastal living with contemporary hospitality, fostering connection and engagement with local culture.

Casadora blends culture, luxury, sustainability
Casadora Resort is designed as a benchmark for mixed-use coastal destinations in Morocco, combining hotel stays, branded residences, and fractional ownership.
Its focus on culture, sustainability, and community engagement distinguishes it from conventional luxury resorts. The project aims to redefine the visitor experience along Morocco’s Atlantic coast by creating a vibrant community hub.
A Vision for El Jadida’s Future Casadora Resort represents more than a development; it embodies a vision for El Jadida’s growth. By integrating international hospitality standards with respect for local heritage, the resort seeks to attract travelers interested in authentic, luxurious coastal living.
