Al Ahly SC (Egypt)

Al Ahly, often referred to as the “Club of the Century” in Africa, has solidified its dominance by securing multiple CAF Champions League titles in recent years. Their victories in the 2020/21 and 2022/23 editions, along with a strong performance in the 2023/24 tournament, have guaranteed their participation in the 2025 Club World Cup. Their consistent performances in the CAF Champions League over the past four seasons have earned them this opportunity. This marks their fourth appearance in the Club World Cup, reflecting their sustained excellence in African club football.

Mamelodi Sundowns FC (South Africa)

Mamelodi Sundowns, known for their dynamic and attacking style of play, secured their spot in the 2025 Club World Cup via the CAF ranking pathway.
