From London’s skyline icons to Lagos’ buzzing business corridors, Radisson Hotel Group continues expanding its global footprint with design-forward stays tailored to urban explorers and elite business travelers.
Now, the group is planting its flag in Zimbabwe’s capital through a high-profile partnership with WestProp Holdings.
Currently under construction and projected for completion by late 2026, the Radisson Millennium Heights Aparthotel aims to redefine luxury living in Harare with a hybrid model of hospitality and asset ownership.

Zimbabwe’s first branded serviced-apartment hotel
Set within the master-planned Millennium Heights estate in Borrowdale West, the three-storey aparthotel will feature 148 units — each designed for extended stays with sleek kitchenettes, plush living areas, coworking spaces, and smart technology. Just minutes from Harare’s CBD, the property combines access and exclusivity.
A first of its kind in Zimbabwe, the Radisson Millennium Heights Aparthotel introduces fractional luxury ownership to the national hospitality scene. Structured through a fractional REIT, shares start at $5,750, offering co-owners projected annual returns of 8 percent and hotel stay entitlements. Already, 58 percent of shares have been sold, reflecting growing investor confidence in Harare’s real estate revival.

“This is a bold intersection of global hospitality standards and African investment opportunity,” said WestProp CEO Ken Sharpe, adding that construction is well underway. “It’s a strategic leap toward our ‘billion brick’ vision.”
As guests check in, investors cash in — a model reshaping property access for a new generation of Zimbabwean and diaspora investors.
Where scandinavian minimalism meets African craft
Embodying “quiet luxury,” the interiors will fuse Scandinavian simplicity with local flair — including stone finishes, custom furniture by Zimbabwean artisans, and earthy tones inspired by the region’s natural beauty. The result: understated elegance that speaks to Radisson’s global design DNA while rooting the experience in Zimbabwean identity.
Once operational, Radisson Millennium Heights Aparthotel is expected to appeal to both international business travelers and affluent local investors seeking a flexible foothold in Harare’s rising property market. It also positions the city as a new frontier for high-end fractional hospitality in Southern Africa.
A cornerstone of the ‘billion brick’ dream
More than a hotel, the Radisson aparthotel stands as a cornerstone of WestProp’s “Billion Brick Vision” — an ambitious goal to deliver over one billion construction bricks and reshape Zimbabwe’s urban experience by 2050.

The aparthotel joins a growing list of WestProperties (WestProp) — from Pomona City to mixed-use lifestyle hubs — aimed at rebuilding Harare’s skyline with elegance, sustainability, and economic inclusion.
Supporting infrastructure, including water, power, and road systems, is being fast-tracked, with on-site block production to mitigate rising construction costs and timelines.
A stay — and a stake — in Zimbabwe’s future
The Radisson Millennium Heights Aparthotel isn’t just a hospitality development. It’s a bold reimagining of African capital cities: spaces where global sophistication meets local pride, where architecture becomes aspiration.
And for a new generation of high-net-worth individuals, developers, and digital professionals, it’s more than a room — it’s a residence, a revenue stream, and a seat at the table in the reinvention of Harare.
