EONS Developments, an Egyptian-Swedish real estate company, has unveiled plans for a $206 million luxury residential and commercial project in New Cairo, marking its official entry into Egypt’s fast-growing property market.

The flagship development is positioned to redefine integrated urban living with smart city infrastructure, sustainable design, and premium investment opportunities, reinforcing New Cairo’s reputation as a global hub for high-end real estate.

The project will rise in the First District of New Cairo, one of Egypt’s most in-demand neighborhoods for luxury homes, upscale retail, and business hubs.

With more than 35 years of real estate investment experience in Sweden, EONS aims to deliver a world-class lifestyle community that merges modern architecture, environmental innovation, and investor appeal.

“Egypt is a strategic growth market with significant regional and global potential,” said Sherif Taha, CEO of EONS Developments. “Our vision is to introduce a transformative urban model that blends luxury, technology, and sustainability while offering exceptional value for investors.”

The company’s debut highlights Egypt’s rise as one of the Middle East and North Africa’s fastest-growing real estate markets, driven by a booming population, rapid infrastructure expansion, and increasing demand for premium residential developments.

“We’re building a brand that reflects international quality and innovation standards,” said Nadim Sennara, Head of Marketing at EONS. “This project targets high-net-worth buyers seeking a distinctive lifestyle in Egypt’s most dynamic city.”
