The developer has delivered more than 75 residential and commercial projects valued at over EGP 8 billion, with a pipeline nearing EGP 20 billion.

IHG bets on Egypt’s tourism growth
IHG executives describe Egypt as a priority market, citing rising demand for luxury hotels as the tourism industry expands. “We are excited to bring Hotel Indigo to New Cairo, a city fast becoming a hub for education, business, and lifestyle,” said Haitham Mattar, Managing Director for India, Middle East & Africa at IHG Hotels & Resorts.
IHG, which operates global brands such as InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn, currently runs eight hotels in Egypt. Its development pipeline includes 22 additional properties, highlighting its long-term bet on Egypt tourism and the demand for premium accommodations.
Founded in 2006, Jadeer Group has built a reputation for integrating modern design with cultural identity. Its partnership with IHG signals Egypt’s broader strategy of attracting international hotel brands to fuel growth in the luxury travel sector.
