Ugandan billionaire Sudhir Ruparelia, through his Meera Investments Limited, is developing One Ten Apartments, a 15-storey luxury residential tower in Kampala’s prestigious Kololo neighbourhood.

The development offers 156 high-end units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments, designed with Italian tiles, modern fittings, and sophisticated interiors.

One Ten Apartments boosts Kampala’s luxury living
Located along Prince Charles Drive, One Ten Apartments sets a new benchmark for upscale urban living in one of Kampala’s safest and most desirable districts. The project reinforces the Ruparelia Group’s footprint in Uganda’s high-end real estate market.

Apartments span 123 to 250 square metres, providing spacious layouts for families. Interiors feature imported materials and contemporary finishes, ensuring comfort and elegance. The project builds on Meera Investments’ previous developments, including Tagore Living and Bukoto Living.

Lifestyle amenities enhance upscale appeal
The development will include a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic city views, complemented by a poolside bar and a proposed café, blending leisure with luxury.

Additional amenities include two basement levels for secure parking, standby power generators, and underground water storage to ensure convenience and reliability for residents.

Strong investment returns in Kololo
One Ten Apartments is part of Meera Investments’ “build-to-sell” strategy, first launched in 2018 to meet Kampala’s growing demand for quality housing. Previous projects include Tagore Living and Bukoto Living.

Potential buyers can secure units with a 20% deposit, while rental demand in Kololo is expected to deliver annual returns of 8 to 16%, driven by the city’s expanding population and appetite for modern residential spaces. “We are committed to delivering world-class developments that combine the prestige of Kololo with contemporary design and thoughtfully planned community spaces,” said Sheena Ruparelia, Managing Director of the Ruparelia Group.

Kololo, known for its leafy surroundings, diplomatic missions, and proximity to commercial and social hubs, remains one of Kampala’s most desirable residential locations. One Ten Apartments will not only redefine luxury living in the city but also strengthen the Ruparelia Group’s portfolio, which includes landmark developments such as Kingdom Kampala and Pearl Business Park.

The project underscores Sudhir Ruparelia’s enduring influence in Uganda’s real estate sector and his commitment to combining high-quality urban living with attractive investment opportunities for both local and international buyers.
