AOG Developments, an Egyptian real estate development company, has partnered with Mynt Hospitality to manage and operate units at Royal’s Ras El Hekma, expanding the Egyptian developer’s presence in one of the country’s most closely watched coastal real estate destinations.

AOG expands in Ras El Hekma

Under the agreement, Mynt Hospitality will oversee asset management, unit preparation and furnishing, hospitality operations, and short- and long-term rental services.

The operating model is intended to maintain service standards, protect residents’ privacy and support the quality of Royal’s Ras El Hekma development, according to the companies.

The project spans 140 feddans and will include chalets, villas and five-bedroom townhouses, with unit sizes starting at 160 square meters. Plans also include hospitality units, supporting services and a private beach.

Mahmoud Omar, CEO of AOG Developments, said the company has pursued an expansion strategy since entering Egypt’s market in early 2025, focusing on locations aligned with its development plans. AOG has started preparing the land, with construction expected to begin soon. Deliveries are scheduled to start in 2030.

Mynt targets 1,000 hospitality keys

For Mynt Hospitality, the agreement strengthens its presence in Ras El Hekma and is expected to bring its portfolio to 1,000 keys.

Hossam Reda, co-founder and chief operating officer of Mynt Hospitality, said the company will handle operational preparation and hospitality management for units within the project.

The companies assessed Royal’s Ras El Hekma location, master plan, unit mix and pricing before entering the partnership, Reda said.

The deal comes as Ras El Hekma emerges as a major hub for residential, tourism and hospitality investment along Egypt’s North Coast.

AOG and Mynt build their portfolios

AOG Developments, an Egyptian real estate company launched in early 2025, was established by a leadership team with more than 30 years of collective market expertise.

Headquartered in Cairo, AOG develops residential, coastal, commercial and tourism projects, with a focus on modern architecture and sustainable technology. Led by Omar, the company targets strategic locations, competitive pricing and accelerated construction timelines.

Mynt Hospitality, also based in Cairo, is a property and rental management group specializing in high-end short- and long-term accommodations.

The company combines property management with hospitality services for owners and guests. Its agreement with AOG adds another project to its expansion across Egypt’s growing coastal property and hospitality market.
