Founded in 2017, Kisawa Sanctuary spans roughly 300 hectares and features a limited number of high-end bungalows, each designed with private beachfront access, infinity pools, and open-air living spaces.

The resort stands out for its construction approach, incorporating 3D-printing technology using a sand-and-sea-water mortar designed to minimize environmental disruption while integrating with the island’s natural landscape. The development includes a wellness center and curated guest experiences that emphasize both exclusivity and ecological sensitivity.

Princess Nina, who previously served as creative director at VistaJet, has a background in redefining luxury experiences. At the aviation firm founded by her father Thomas Flohr, she helped shape high-end offerings across private jet travel.
