Rotana, a leading hotel management company operating across the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Türkiye, has launched “The Ultimate Monthcation,” a 30-night stay package across hotels, resorts and serviced apartments.

The company said the fixed monthly pricing is designed to make extended stays more predictable for guests.

The program is aimed at travelers combining work, family time and leisure, offering hotel services with residential-style living. Guests can use properties for daily routines, remote work and longer vacations.

Bookings are available through Rotana’s website and a dedicated platform that allows users to compare destinations and reserve stays.

Participating properties vary by location and purpose. Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas offers family spaces, meeting rooms and learning areas for children. Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa provides family activities and daily children’s programs. The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah offers a quieter setting with outdoor spaces, while Amwaj Rotana in Dubai provides city accommodation with family-focused amenities.

Rotana Arjaan hotel apartments are also part of the offer, designed for longer stays with larger living areas and added functionality.

Rotana expands stays, 100+ properties

Rotana was founded in 1992 by Nasser Al Nowais and Selim El Zyr, with a focus on building a regional brand rooted in local hospitality.

The company’s first property, Beach Rotana in Abu Dhabi, set the tone for its expansion. The hotel, with more than 400 rooms and direct access to one of the city’s early shopping centers, became a reference point for service standards within the group.

Today, Rotana operates more than 100 properties across several regions, growing from a single hotel into a network that serves both business and leisure travelers.
